    Ribbon Votive Cups
    Materials:

    glass votive cups
    ribbon
    hot glue or double-stick tape
embellishments such as nail studs, charms, rhinestones or chain

    Steps:

    1. Use hot glue or double-sided tape to attach one or more strips of ribbon around a glass votive holder. Experiment with velvet ribbon as well as sheer ribbon that lets some light through.

    2. If desired, embellish velvet ribbons with nail studs, charms, rhinestones or chain. To add a stud, press the teeth of the stud through the ribbon and use a pencil eraser or small screwdriver to bend the teeth down on the back of the ribbon.
